MC Collaborative

About

A quiet partner for organizations operationalizing what's next.

Practice

MC Collaborative is an operational consulting and implementation practice. We work alongside leaders to translate strategy into structure — making the work of growth feel less reactive and more intentional.

Our engagements live in the space between strategy and execution: the planning, sequencing, systems, and rollout work that determines whether good ideas actually take root.

Built by two operators who believe good systems should help people breathe easier.

MC Collaborative was founded by Meagan Westmoreland and Chelsea Addison — two operators with complementary strengths and a shared belief that the work of growth should feel sustainable, not reactive. Together they bring decades of experience across operations, marketing, nonprofit leadership, technology, and people-centered systems design.

Co-Founder

Meagan Westmoreland

Systems Strategist · Operations · Marketing

Meagan Westmoreland is a systems strategist, operations builder, and marketing professional passionate about helping businesses and nonprofits create infrastructure that genuinely supports the people behind the work.

As the co-founder of MC Collaborative and founder of EngageBright, Meagan specializes in operational design, workflow optimization, automation systems, and client experience strategy. Her work focuses on helping growing organizations simplify complexity, improve communication, reduce operational overwhelm, and build systems that are both scalable and human-centered.

Over the years, Meagan has worked closely with small businesses, service-based companies, consultants, and nonprofits to bridge the gap between vision and execution. She is known for her ability to see both the big-picture strategy and the behind-the-scenes details that often determine whether a business feels sustainable or constantly reactive.

Her approach blends technology, marketing, operations, and relationship-centered thinking — with a strong belief that systems should create more clarity, confidence, and capacity for the people using them.

In addition to her work through MC Collaborative and EngageBright, Meagan has extensive experience supporting nonprofit organizations and mission-driven initiatives through marketing, operations, grant development, program coordination, and systems infrastructure.

Her background includes work in federal and state grant environments, program development, operational oversight, and collaborative support for organizations serving vulnerable and underserved communities. She has contributed to initiatives connected to housing stability, human trafficking response, youth services, and health and human services programming, giving her firsthand insight into the realities nonprofit leaders and service organizations navigate every day.

That experience continues to shape the way she approaches systems design and operational strategy — with a strong understanding that behind every workflow, report, or process are real people, real missions, and communities depending on the work being done well.

What makes Meagan's work unique is her ability to make complicated things feel approachable. Whether she's building workflows, designing client systems, streamlining communication processes, or helping organizations rethink how they operate, her goal is always the same: create solutions that make life and work feel more manageable for real people.

Outside of work, Meagan is a wife and mother of four, which deeply shapes the way she approaches leadership, problem-solving, and business growth. She understands firsthand the realities of balancing ambition, family, responsibility, and capacity — and brings that perspective into the way she builds systems, supports teams, and serves clients.

Good systems should help people breathe easier, not feel more overwhelmed.

Principles

Operational Clarity

Decisions are easier when the structure is legible. We make the underlying work visible.

Systems Thinking

We design for the connections — between people, tools, and decisions — not the parts in isolation.

Implementation Care

Adoption is a craft. We attend to pace, friction, and the human side of rollout.

Sustainable Growth

We build for what's next without compromising what's already working.

Let's talk about the work ahead.
